Chris Campbell Estate Agents are a team
of 6 who have over 50 years of estate agency experience between them.
Chris Campbell leads the team which was
started in April 1990 from his home and has since moved to the present offices
which occupy a prime trading location right in the heart of this historic
Abbey town.
"We don't have any gimmicks,"
said Chris "but endeavor to offer a professional and friendly service
7 days a week covering the entire property spectrum taking on hoard lettings
and commercial properties in addition to residential sales. Our policy is
that of a duty of care to all our clients and we are a certificated member
of the National Association or Estate Agents complying with all their rules
and regulations."
ABOUT THE TEAM
Chris Campbell
is a fellow of the National Association
of Estate Agents and has over 20 years experience in selling properties locally.
He has been known to manage his office 7 days a week starting very early in
the morning and often working way beyond closing time. He is well known locally
and is a former president of the Battle Chamber of Commerce.
Steve Cook has worked
in the town for a several years having previously managed another office in
Battle. His primary role is that of Sales Office Manager and spends most of
his time making appointments and negotiating sales together with the necessary
follow up, trouble shooting and reporting hack to clients.
Allan Knight has
been with us since 1996. He has a keen eye to close a deal and matches applicants
to suitable properties most efficiently.
Sue Cotterill heads
up the secretarial team. In addition she is an experienced letting negotiator.
Christine McNamee
is a part time secretary with many years experience of Residential Estate Agency.
Christine is involved in all aspects of the job including sales.
