Situated approximately 6 miles north of Birmingham City Centre, Sutton Coldfield is one of the Midlands most desirable residential locations, at the heart of which is the famous Sutton Park, given to the town as a gift in 1528 by Bishop Vesey after whom the local Grammar School is named. The park today remains unchanged, a vast area of outstanding natural beauty. Streams run through the park feeding natural pools, large wooded areas compliment the gorse, heather and moorland where centuries ago hunting took place. Now a conservation area the park is enjoyed by the people of Sutton asba quiet tranquil place to wind down after the riggers of modem day living.


Transport.

City Centre and Birmingham New Street Station, where rail links to all areas of the country are available.
Birmingham International Airport is approximately 20 miles away whilst East Midlands and Manchester
Airports are easily accessible.

The excellent Gracechurch Shopping Centre situated in Sutton Coldfield Town Centre has a comprehensive range of high street shops. Birmingham City Centre includes a greater selection of shopping malls, indoor and outdoor markets together with Birmingham's famous Rag Market.

Sutton Coldfield provides a wide range of facilities for the sports enthusiast, including several leisure centres and swimming pools.
