TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LETTING
RENT £975 per calendar month, exclusive of all outgoings. On signing the agreement the tenant will be required to pay two months rent in advance. Garage available separately £50 per month
AGREEMENT The property is to be let on an Assured Shorthold Agreement under the Housing Act 1988. The length of the agreement will be by negotiation preferably for a year or longer.
COSTS The tenant will be required to pay a non-returnable deposit of £150 to include VAT upon agreeing letting terms. This sum is payable to the letting agent, and covers the cost of the Agreement and Schedule of Condition.
SECURITY DEPOSIT The tenant will be required to give one and a half months rent as security deposit to be held in a non-interest bearing account against any outstanding accounts or damages at the end of the term.
