Property portal website Homes-On-Line has linked with estate
agency software supplier Core Systems to develop a powerful
new integrated package which will give estate agents the best
of all worlds by enabling them to prepare property details which
can then be published on several different websites in one easy
operation.
The new 'Core Converter' package, which is being offered to
clients of both Homes-On-Line and Core Systems, was launched
after an extensive review of estate agency software providers
by Homes-On-Line to see which company could provide the best
technology for its clients and the best fit with its own style
of operations.
Homes-On-Line Managing Director Guy Baker said: "Although we
already work closely with several providers, Core have a high
quality product which is at the cutting edge of this particular
type of technology and which is well-respected by estate agents.
The company also has a hands-on management style that keeps
them in touch with what estate agents want from their software.
All these factors were important considerations when deciding
who would make the best fit for ourselves and our clients."
Using the new software, estate agents who have both the Core
and Homes-On-Line systems will be able to update their database
of properties for sale and have the information automatically
transmitted to the Homes-On-Line website and other property
portals to which they are linked when they connect to the Internet.
The package enables all property details and as many photographs
as estate agent wish to be uploaded to their site as well as
floor plans and other graphics.
Although only launched in April, the new package has already
aroused much interest amongst small to medium sized independent
estate agents - Homes-On-Line's main market - with five agencies
requesting a demonstration and going on to buy the package within
days of it being launched. Guy Baker said: "The ability for
estate agents to seamlessly update not only their own website
but also their pages on Homes-On-Line.com and other portal websites
such as Fish4Homes, Rightmove, PropertyFinder and Yahoo.co.uk
in one simple operation is a great time saver."
The new software is being supplied free of charge by Homes-On-Line
to agents who subscribe to their Silver, Gold or Platinum packages.
