Can I have a 100% mortgage?
No, at Adverse Mortgage Solutions, the maximum level on a purchase is 95% of the property value. The maximum level on a remortgage is 90%. No deposit is required for a Right to Buy or Remortgage.

What sort of rates will I be charged?
The rates charged by our lenders reflect your circumstances. Therefore a mortgage consultant will need to assess your situation before being able to tell you which rates would be available to you.

Can I get a mortgage on a mobile home, boat or self-build property?
No, only standard construction properties are acceptable to our lenders

.Which lenders do you use?
We search from a panel of lenders including high street lenders and specialists, all of which are accredited by the Council of Mortgage Lenders.

Can I get a Shared Ownership mortgage?
Not currently, but we are waiting on a new product from one of our lenders. We can put you on a mailing list to be contacted when the product is launched. Please contact us for more information.

.I am not on the voters role, can I still get a mortgage with Adverse Mortgage Solutions?
Yes, if you are able to provide proof of residency in the form of 'utility bills' 'bank statements' etc.

I am unemployed, can I still get a mortgage with Adverse Mortgage Solutions?
An income will be required from a guaranteed source, such as Private Pensions, Occupational Pensions, Investment Income etc.

How long do I need to be in my job before I can get a mortgage with Adverse Mortgage Solutions?
The criteria varies from lender to lender, please contact us for more details.

How much can I borrow in relation to my income?
Generally most lenders will lend 3.5 times your annual income, however there are other factors which are taken into consideration, please contact us for further details.

I have an outstanding balance from a property repossession, can I still get a mortgage with Adverse Mortgage Solutions?

Can I get a decision on a mortgage before I have found a property to buy?
Yes, it is a good idea to get your mortgage approved subject to property. This means less chance of a break in the property chain, your purchase will complete more quickly and you will be in a stronger position with estate agents when you do make an offer on a property.
